Coaching Men Forward on the Road Ahead

At Some Point, the Life You Built Deserves a Second Look.

Most men spend a large part of their lives moving forward. You build the career, the business, the family, the financial security and the reputation. You take care of people. You solve problems. You keep going. And because you're good at doing what needs to be done, you can go a very long time without stopping to ask whether the life you're working so hard to maintain is still the life you want.

Sometimes life asks the question for you. A marriage ends. Someone betrays you. You sell the company that consumed twenty years of your life and suddenly have no idea what to do with yourself on Monday morning. Your children don't need you in the same way anymore. You lose someone. You get sober. You make more money than you ever thought you would and discover that money answered some questions, but not the ones that keep you awake at night.

But your life doesn't have to fall apart for you to question it. You can love your family, appreciate what you have, be proud of what you've built and still know that something has shifted. The ambitions that once consumed you may not excite you anymore. The things you tolerated at thirty may feel impossible at fifty. You may have spent so many years being the person everyone else needed that you've lost touch with the person underneath all of those responsibilities.

This isn't a crisis. It isn't weakness. And it doesn't necessarily mean you need to blow up your life and start again. It may simply mean you've reached a point where continuing on autopilot is no longer enough.

The question isn't whether you've built a good life. The question is whether you're still choosing it.

I’ve Had to Ask Myself These Questions Too.

I built a successful business and sold it. I’ve experienced financial success, divorce, betrayal and addiction, and I’ve had chapters where the life I thought I knew changed completely. Along the way, I learned that success can give you freedom, but it can’t tell you who you are or what you want from the rest of your life.

I created DRIVEN because I know what it’s like to reach a point where the old answers no longer work. I’m not here to tell another man how to live or hand him a formula for becoming a “better” version of himself. I’m here to have the conversations that go beneath the surface, the ones that challenge what you’ve been telling yourself, uncover what’s really driving you and help you decide what you want to do with what comes next.

I’ve had to find my own road forward. Now I want to help other men find theirs.

WHAT’S BEEN DRIVING YOU?

AMBITION · FEAR · RESPONSIBILITY · MONEY · EXPECTATION · LOVE · EGO · SURVIVAL · PURPOSE

Most of us can explain the choices we’ve made. The harder question is understanding what was underneath them. Ambition can look a lot like fear. Responsibility can become an excuse for staying somewhere you no longer belong. Success can be something you genuinely wanted, or something you spent years chasing because you needed to prove that you could.

DRIVEN is about getting underneath those choices. Not to spend your life looking backward, but to understand yourself well enough to make different choices moving forward.

WHAT DROVE YOU THEN DOESN’T HAVE TO DRIVE YOU NOW.

READY TO TALK ABOUT WHAT’S NEXT?

You don’t need to have the answers. You just need to be willing to have the conversation.
