Hi, I’m Kyle

I DIDN’T SET OUT TO BECOME A COACH.

I spent years building a successful business, creating financial security and doing many of the things I thought a successful life was supposed to look like. I knew how to work hard, solve problems and keep moving forward. What I didn’t always know was when to stop and ask myself whether the life I was building was still the life I wanted.

My own road has included success, but it has also included divorce, betrayal and addiction. Eventually, I sold the business I had spent years building, and without something that had defined so much of my identity, I was forced to look at myself differently. Who was I without the business, the marriage, the responsibilities and all the things I had used to measure my life?

I began looking not only at what had happened to me, but at my own choices, patterns and the things I had avoided along the way. I started to understand that moving forward wasn’t about reinventing myself. It was about being honest about who I was, what mattered to me now and what I wanted the next part of my life to look like.

That experience is why I created DRIVEN. Not because I have all the answers, but because I understand the value of having a place where men can speak honestly about the things they may not be talking about anywhere else.

I’m not here to tell another man how to live. I’m here to ask better questions, challenge what doesn’t add up and help him get clear about what has been driving his life, and what he wants driving the road ahead.
